Our story
JSMCOM is a software consultancy company in Poland, working like a software house. We advise on, design and build AI systems for organisations that handle sensitive information: law firms, clinical research, life sciences and logistics.
The company is led by founder Sylwester Madej, a .NET, Python and Java engineer who spent fourteen years at Ennov Group building NLP, named-entity recognition and machine-learning systems for pharmaceutical customers including Pfizer and AstraZeneca.
Since then we have taken AI into production: LexTool, our own legal AI product; PHI de-identification for Themison; agentic AI on Ennov’s enterprise platform; and a logistics RAG system for Marc ImpExp.
